Season’s Greetings

On behalf of the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group, I’d like to wish everyone all the best for the festive season and a healthy, happy 2021.

Despite the obvious challenges, we have made good progress in 2020. Your survey responses exceeded our expectations. We appreciate all the time and effort everyone put into completing the survey. We produced a summary of the results available elsewhere on this site, in the first half of 2020, then we set about producing a draft Neighbourhood Plan. As the year draws to a close, we have completed a document that we hope to be able to share with you soon. West Berkshire Council has just started a consultation on their Local Plan. We need to make sure our draft Neighbourhood Plan aligns with the Local Plan, then we will share it in a public consultation. Look out for more details early in 2021. We’re expecting it to be a busy year!
