Our next meeting: Wednesday 16th November

The next meeting of the Steering Group will be on Wednesday 16th November at 7.30pm in the Calcot Centre, RG31 4XD.

We will be reviewing the project plan and the budget, discussing proposals for our photographic competition, and assessing progress of the working groups. The current prioritised working groups are:

• Infrastructure, transport and amenities
• Education
• Future development sites
• Relationships with West Berkshire Council and other external parties

We still need people to help, and invite you to come along to our next meeting and find out more. Whether you have an interest in or knowledge of a particular subject, or would be happy to help out generally, we would welcome your participation.
